bladder stone disease is cause by undigested mineral deposits in the urinary tract. Almost like gul stones/ kidney stones in humans. These stones in iguanas can be passed depending on the size of the stone. if there is blood in the fecal matter then that might mean the stone is too large to pass and more likely than not surgery is preformed for removal but before that occurs x-rays will be taken to confirm diagnosis.
